Nikki Haley, U.S. Ambassador To The United Nations, was not hesitant to share her thoughts on information about North Korean missiles being leaked. It is unclear if she was aware of Trump retweeting the article, although he did retweet it before Haley bashing the spread of information on “Fox and Friends.”
She said that what was being reported is “incredibly dangerous.” When asked about North Korean missiles, Haley refused to confirm or comment on because it is “classified information.”
She continued, “I can’t talk about anything that’s classified, and if that’s in the newspaper then that’s a shame.”
In response to the leaks, Haley said, “I don’t know what’s going on, but I will tell you it’s incredibly dangerous when things get out to the press like that. You’re not only just getting a scoop on something, but you’re playing with people’s lives.”
She concluded by saying, “Wherever the leaks are coming from, if someone thinks they’re getting power and fame from it, all you’re doing is putting Americans in danger.”
