While many American’s are still complaining about President Trump’s election, he’s been hard at work creating more jobs. A lot of more jobs.
Since his election, U.S. companies have added roughly 298,000 jobs which beat out the economists’ expectation by over 100,000! The report comes from global human resources and payroll firm, ADP. ADP, according to Daily Mail, is the first official company to present ‘hard economic numbers’ from the first month of the presidency.
Trump also made a statement on his favorite social media platform, Twitter. In his tweet, Trump reported numbers from a LinkedIn workforce report that mirrored the numbers mentioned above.
LinkedIn Workforce Report: January and February were the strongest consecutive months for hiring since August and September 2015

One of Trump’s strongest points in his campaign was to improve employment and created more infrastructure. Like many of his other promises, Trump is fulfilling his promise to deliver employment. According to Daily Mail, 66,000 construction jobs have been added and 32,000 manufacturing sector jobs have been added.
Business owners know there is about to be a boom in employment and many are preparing. Mark Zandi, chief economist at Moody’s Analytics, recently gave his own opinion on this to CNBC:
“Confidence is playing a large role. Businesses are anticipating a lot of good stuff – tax cuts, less regulation. They are hiring more aggressively.”
With just a few things President Trump has done, the U.S. unemployment rate is already estimated to fall almost five percent. Do you think Trump is handling the job creation of America right? Let us know in the comments below!
