Trump’s Base Loves Him, Can’t Wait For More, As the ‘Forgotten Man’ Picks Up Momentum

Although it may seem like media depicts everyone as hating Donald Trump, that is far from the truth. In fact, approval ratings are still over 50% in favor of him and Republicans are thrilled that he is actually doing what he said he would do.

Daily Caller learned of three major news companies that interviewed several people on this matter. They reported:

“The Washington Post, Seattle Times and Boston Globe all interviewed voters from the president’s base, and all three publications walked away with the same story. His supporters don’t understand the shock and outrage from people in Washington over his executive orders, mainly because he has been promising them for months.”

To say Trump supporters are thrilled of his early moves is an understatement. The Washington Post did interviews in Maryland and found interesting answers. “He’s the first president since Teddy Roosevelt to really do what he says he’s going to do,” Buz Gosnell told the Post. “It’s what executives are supposed to be.”

Moving from Maryland to Massachusetts, The Boston Globe did a similar interview and titled their news article almost identical to that of The Washington Post. “President Trump means what he says,” said interviewee Tom Mountain. “He said during the campaign that this was exactly what he was going to be doing. People shouldn’t be surprised. We’re not surprised. We knew he would do this the first week.”

And again, the Seattle Times found similar answers to their interview. “He was simply doing what he said he was going to do in the campaign,” Paul Hess told Seattle Times. “Maybe it happened a little abruptly, maybe it could have been handled a little better, but I don’t see the underlying policy as being anything absurd or abnormal or contrary to the constitution or federal law.”

Hess went on to say, “Some people might call it extraordinary and draconian. But if we need to temporarily suspend people, I don’t see anything so terrible about that.”
