President Trump is right. . .there is power in a social media following and it enables him to bypass the media and get right to the American people. That is exactly what happened with an early Wednesday morning tweet. While Trump was on the campaign trail, one of the things that he boasted was that he had “the best words.” This early morning tweet just revealed one of the previously unknown ones: “Covfefe.”
It was most likely a typo. . .or was it? HMMM. Could it be a secret message to the Russians? Maybe some “in house” code to fellow GOP leaders? Here’s what we know, the full post that read, “Despite the constant negative press confefe,” and it remained online for at least an hour with no followup or correction. It has garnered more than 100,000 likes, replies and retweets combined. This “best word” entry into the lexicon instantly began trending.
