According to Rep. Trey Gowdy, the surveillance programs won’t be “reauthorized” unless the intelligence community he’s been working with starts becoming cooperative. Gowdy, Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, released this information during an interview with Rush Limbaugh. “Everyone I speak with, from the NSA, from the CIA, all tell me these programs are vital to our national security. These will not be reauthorized.”
USA Newsflash also reports the following:

“Additionally, Trey Gowdy, who sits on the House Intelligence Committee, which is investigating the Russia story, said that Obama’s leftovers slow-walked providing information about spying and unmasking.”

Another thing Gowdy has been tasked with is finding all those in the White House who have caused numerous leaks. These leaks have caused serious issues, and Gowdy isn’t holding anything back. In fact, Rep. Gowdy isn’t holding anything back to find these leakers. “I’m tired of the leaks,” Gowdy said. “They [spying programs] will go away.”
Do you agree with Trey Gowdy’s opinion that these programs need to disappear? Let us know in the comments below!
