President Donald Trump is a business man. He has reached great heights in business, so it’s natural that he treats the White House as a business. And according to Politico, Trump has made a massive business move, unlike any president, has done before. President Trump has allegedly given White House chief of staff Reince Priebus until July 4th to deliver a massive shake up of staff.
Politico also reports that Trump hopes to bring in “former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski and deputy campaign manager David Bossie as senior adviser and deputy chief of staff.” Trump apparently gave Priebus an opportunity to set things straight before bringing in those two staff:
“I’m giving you until July 4th. I don’t want them to come into this mess. If I’m going to clean house, they will come in as fresh blood.”
But despite Politico’s report, Sean Spicer released the following statement rejecting the deadline:
“Whoever is saying that is either a liar or out of the loop.”
Regardless of the date and time, the chances of a staff shakeup are extremely high. President Trump ran on the promise of “draining the swamp” in the government, but he recently has been hitting that hard. While the recent resignation of Communications director Mike Dubke made many assume a shakeup was coming, Spicer again denied any such thing saying Trump was “very pleased” with his White House Staff.
