Representative Ted Lieu (D-CA) made an appearance on MSNBC Thursday to discuss the wiretaps claim from President Trump. As the segment was ending the host Ali Velshi asked Representative Lieu about a bill he is co-sponsoring having to do with “Fake News.” Here is what Lieu said and you can view his appearance below.
“The best way to oppose fake news is for people to watch outlets like MSNBC where you report real news all the time,” the California lawmaker said. “Keep in mind, the president is scared that people will watch MSNBC so you must be doing something right. Thanks for speaking truth to power.”
Pay no attention to the still painful to watch ratings grab of Rachel Maddow.
