Kellyanne Conway took many by surprise when she elected to use flashcards in an interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News. The cards were used on Wednesday night to help describe how the White House feels about the recent criticism over President Trump’s ties to Russia.
Conway says that the flashcards will “help all the people at home:”
“What’s the conclusion? Collusion? No. We don’t have that yet. I see illusion and delusion.”
Conway was referring to the recent stir involving Donald Trump Jr. Trump Jr. recently revealed that he did meet with a woman who he believed was a Russian government lawyer. She allegedly told him she had damaging information on Hillary Clinton.
The actions taken by Donald Trump Jr. are “much ado about nothing” according to his lawyer. He has also stated he hasn’t done anything improper.
Conway continues to end her little analogy recapping what she already said:
“So just so we’re clear, everyone: four words. Conclusion, collusion: no. Illusion, delusion: yes. I thought we’d have some fun with words. Sesame’s grover ‘word of the day,’ perhaps, Sean, because you’re absolutely right: to date, they basically set out this Venus flytrap and thought, ‘One day, we’ll catch something eight months later.’”
