Hannity Tells Americans How They Can Help Trump Build The Wall

Fox News’ Sean Hannity spent a considerable portion of his Wednesday show impressing on his viewers the need for President Trump’s border security.

Hannity highlighted the crimes being committed by illegal immigrants, as well as the drugs entering the United States through the unsecured southern border.

“People on the left, they claim to have a monopoly on compassion,” Hannity said. “Democrats are always generous, but with other people’s money. But when it now comes to what is a real life or death crisis at our southern border, they are nowhere to be found.”

“As we promised you at the beginning of the year — and you will not see on any other network — we’re going to show you real victims of a crisis at our southern border. Men, women, husbands, wives, children, parents, those are all human beings that have been killed because we have an unsecured southern border. They have real names.”

The Fox host referenced his own dozen or more trips to the border, including a trip with a former Texas governor, and the briefing he experienced about the sheer number of crimes committed by illegal aliens.

“642,000 crimes were committed against Texans alone in a seven-year period. In just the past two years alone, 4,000 criminal aliens have been arrested for homicide. In fact, over the past two decades, criminal immigrants have been responsible for tens of thousands of murders.”

However, according to Hannity, those are the crimes that are being called a “manufactured crisis” by Democrats who don’t want to fund a border wall. Congress’ disagreement on funding is what has lead to the government shutdown where Democratic lawmakers are unwilling to give “one-tenth of one percent” of the government budget for border security.

Hannity completed his segment by encouraging his viewers to call the Capitol Hill switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and ask their congressmen to “hold the line” in demanding funds for border security.
