President Trump throws Fox News under the bus: “doesn’t deliver for US anymore”

President Donald Trump tweeted his frustration with the Fox News Network in the wake of some less than favorable results from recent polling data.

“From the day I announced I was running for President, I have NEVER had a good @FoxNews Poll. Whoever their Pollster is, they suck,” Trump tweeted on Thursday. “But @FoxNews is also much different than it used to be in the good old days.”

“With people like Andrew Napolitano, who wanted to be a Supreme Court Justice & I turned him down (he’s been terrible ever since), Shep Smith, @donnabrazile (who gave Crooked Hillary the debate questions & got fired from @CNN), & others, @FoxNews doesn’t deliver for US anymore.”

“It is so different than it used to be. Oh well, I’m President!” he sniffed.

According to The DailyMail, “Fox News polls have been uniformly unfavorable to the president since a month after his inauguration, with 30 polls in a row finding more Americans disapprove of his job performance than approve. The same can be said of most national opinion surveys.”

In the days leading up to the election, Fox released 23 presidential polls in 2015 and 2016 speculating as to the results of the election between Trump and rival Hillary Clinton, in which she was projected to win in 18 of them.

While the president has been well spoken of by the hosts of “Fox & Friends,” as well as Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham, however the president has been becoming more and more frustrated with the anchors who are broadcasted during the daytime, along with paid contributors who have been unafraid to take shots at the president, according to White House officials on Thursday.

The president’s new favored network, which he has tweeted about on multiple occasions has been One America News Network, which he spoke about on the heels of his frustration with Fox.

“Thank you to @OANN One America News for your fair coverage and brilliant reporting,” Trump tweeted on Thursday. “It is appreciated by many people trying so hard to find a new, consistent and powerful VOICE! See you tonight at the Big Rally in Minneapolis.”
